The Opportunity
CDC Canberra is seeking multi-skilled and experienced Coach Drivers to join our team based out of our Queanbeyan Depot.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, CDC Canberra this permanent, full-time position is responsible for carry out passenger transport services to our customers in a safe and reliable manner.
You’d be joining a team that operates between 6am to 10pm with rostered schedules allowing for influxes of work on an ad hoc basis. This means you can put your hand up for more but aren’t obligated to! Our team operate with a bit of a flat hierarchy, we all know each other and there’s no shortage of experienced staff as people have been driving here for years- In fact we often get ex – employees popping round to check in lending to the idea of- once a team member always a mate.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will need to have:

Bus Driving Experience (Required)

Coach Driving Experience (Highly Desirable)
-
Valid Driver's license
-
A current Heavy Rigid (HR), Multi Combination (MC) or Heavy Combination (HC) License.

NSW or ACT Driver Authority (DA), or ability to obtain one
-
Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one
-
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration, or ability to obtain one

Capable to load luggage up to and including 20kg
