Duty Manager-Outback QueenslandWe are looking for a Duty Manager to join this friendly team and oversee day-to-day operations of this multi-faceted tavern venue.
As the Duty Manager, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring all our customers enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. You will play a vital role in managing staff, resolving any issues, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your strong communication skills and warmth will contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for both guests and employees.
In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with departments, plan and implement service protocols, and enhance guest satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the tavern runs smoothly during your shifts, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing support to our team.

Pay Details:
- $73,810 Salary + Super
- FREE Accommodation with shared amenities & Duty Meal
- General shift supervision
- Staff supervision and training
- Hands on across all areas of the property
- All aspects of gaming, pokies, TAB and keno payouts and compliance
- General administration duties-daily counting and balancing of tills, cash ups
- General open / closing procedures
- Other duties as required
- Previous experience with gaming, food & beverage and retail
- Previous experience in all areas of tavern operations
- Hold a current RMLV & QLD Approved Managers or be able to obtain prior to commencement
- Hold or be able to obtain a current police clearance
- Access to via sealed roads
- Telstra mobile coverage available
- Access via public transport
