About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a lead Barista in high volume cafe or restaurant - You know what you are doing because you have done it before.
• You are 100% committed to excellent coffee and are a latte lover from way back.
• RSA certified
• Experience in adjusting grind and latte art skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• You are T.C.C. - Talented, Committed and Confident.
