We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our IT Platform Engineering team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the DevOps Team Lead, you will build and maintain DevOps solutions to meet high standards of performance, stability, reliability, and security.

At the RBA, Platform Engineering is shaping the future of DevOps at the Bank. It is key to leading the way in which automation changes the way we deliver.
This role is central to the Group and supporting the DevOps services of the entire Bank.

Work as part of a team managing and supporting our platforms with a focus on CI/CD Pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Automate and establish new frameworks and patterns.

Support and maintain the DevOps Security ensuring platforms are secure and stable.

Advocate the DevOps practices and DevOps principals across the teams.
About you
-
Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps Services, Maven, and Artifactory or equivalent technologies.

You have at least 5 years of programming or scripting experience.
-
Experience with any/few languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript, YAML, Java or .NET.

Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD and Release Pipelines.

Experience around security tools and processes
-
Experience working with API's.
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Experience with Kubernetes.

Experience with Azure Cloud.

You are passionate about DevOps and toolchains.

You love to solve problems.

You are enthusiastic about change, and want to help make things better.

You look to complete tasks the right way, not necessarily the fastest or easiest way.
