A venue in a beautiful, location needs an enthusiastic Chef to assist in their established kitchen and strive to create quality country food.About the role:
- Working within a small team providing quality food for lunch and dinner services of around 150-200 covers.
- The opportunity to take on extra responsibilities to further your repertoire and experience in the kitchen.

About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
