About the opportunities

Join us as a Receptionist or Client Service Administrator (CSA) at our Belmont Office , WA.

As a Receptionist you will put your communication and people skills to work in this part-time role . Ideally, you’ll be available for afternoon shifts and keen to join our supportive team in Belmont, WA.

This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and contributing to a seamless client experience.

In this position, you can expect to:

  • Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence.
  • Keep address logs, spreadsheets updated and handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations.
  • Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, prepare client documentation, and respond to client queries.
  • Apply your systems know-how by getting up to speed with our software.
  • Coordinate appointments and prepare meeting materials.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.

As a Client Service Sdministrator, you will put your systems know-how and attention to detail to the test in this dynamic full-time role.
