Your Mission
As a Client Service Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Private Wealth division. You will work closely with a Financial Adviser to ensure an exceptional standard of service is delivered to our clients. Your role will be crucial in managing client workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, managing client administration and service delivery.Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks.Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.Maintain client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.Identify process improvement opportunities to drive greater efficiency and consistency.About You
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance obligations, and client engagement best practices.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Professional, articulate communicator with a client-first mindset.Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan), MS Office Suite, and CRM systems.A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.Ready to shape the future of financial well-being?
