Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and performance of the site and staff and provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at the front line.

Wilson Security is expanding in Western Australia securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of WA. This growth has created new roles within our Western Australian team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
This position is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver operations excellence with an emphasis on customer service to ensure the operational needs are met
• Direct liaison with client representatives and its customers
• Staff supervision and frontline performance management
• Front line response to operational issues
• Investigation and outcome reporting into security incidents.
• Communication & implementation of processes and procedures to enhance client service delivery.
• Promote security awareness, interacting with staff and key stakeholders
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Experience in leading/managing a security team.
• The confidence and ability to take ownership of service delivery on site
• An ability to manage client and employee relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to liaise with people at all levels
• The ability to produce high-quality performance reports
• Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft products)
• Ability to liaise with the rostering and operations team to facilitate a cost-effective operational roster in accordance with, client operational and Wilson Security requirements.
• Must have Security Licence
• Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
• Must have full working rights
Role Requirements
· Current WA Security licence
· Certificate II in Security Operations
· Valid WA drivers licence
· Current First Aid Certificate
· Full working rights
· Ability to obtain Cert 2 Medical Response
