The Role
Perspective Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Quality Coordinator to join their manufacturing team based at Kwinana Beach. This is a pivotal role focused on quality assurance systems, process improvement, audit compliance and production support across a large-scale industrial operation.
You will be responsible for leading quality systems management, conducting internal audits, coordinating external compliance requirements, managing lab testing and driving continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN and Six Sigma tools.
Remuneration and Hours on Offer
- Full-time permanent role
- Monday to Friday – 8am to 4pm (flexible within business needs)
- $105-100,000 p.a + superannuation + benefits

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve quality assurance systems in line with ISO and Australian Standards
- Oversee lab testing operations and QA document control processes
- Lead internal and external audits, including reporting and follow-up on corrective actions
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives across production operations
- Collaborate with manufacturing, technical, and safety teams to support engineering and quality outcomes
- Support project planning and implementation for plant reliability and capital improvement initiatives
- Prepare and analyse data for management reporting and external stakeholders
- Deliver internal training to upskill teams on QA and process improvement standards
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Materials)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in quality or process improvement roles
- Proven knowledge of quality assurance systems , ISO standards, and Australian manufacturing compliance
- Familiarity with Six Sigma , LEAN , or Kaizen methodologies (certification desirable)
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of mechanical processes, materials (ideally rubber), and conveyor systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document control systems (SharePoint experience is a bonus)
