Working for a well-known and respected global consultancy this six-week+ Accounts Receivable Officer role offers terrific training and could open doors within a growth industry.
This role will be assisting the team as they undergo a period of restructure.
The Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager this role will include:
- Complicated monthly billing
- Generation of monthly invoices
- Receipting and cash allocation
- Reconciliations of client accounts
- Processing of customer payments
- Investigation of unallocated payments
- Customer query resolution
- Collections
- Ad-hoc support across the team
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be required to have had previous accounts receivable experience in a complex services environment.
Previous experience with MS Dynamics will be a definite advantage.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role. Stakeholder engagement, particularly with an ability to influence the meeting of deadlines will see you successful in this position.
