Who We Are
Pulse Child Care Crew solves staffing challenges for childcare centres across Sydney. We supply quality casual and permanent educators to meet both immediate and long-term needs. As part of the Acacium Group, a global leader in healthcare and childcare staffing, we combine deep sector expertise with strong operational backing.
We're now hiring an Account Manager to support and grow our client base. You'll build relationships with centre directors, match them with great educators, and help grow our educator pool - all while working in a supportive, fast-moving team.
What You'll Do

Manage and grow relationships with existing childcare centre clients

Fill client vacancies with suitable casual and permanent educators

Identify and secure new business opportunities across Sydney

Work closely with our candidate services team to grow our educator pool

Help create job ads, screen applicants, and assist with onboarding
Who You Are
-
Strong experience in account management, client service or recruitment

Comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a centre to build relationships

Excellent communication skills with both clients and educators

Organised, self-motivated, and outcome-focused

Experience in the childcare sector is a plus

Current driver's licence required
