As a Principlal Business Analyst, you will contribute to uplifting business analysis capabilities and processes to support an insights-driven culture. You will have high level communication skills and the ability to participate in constructive negotiations to achieve the best outcomes. Additionally, you will require excellent understanding of procurement and/or supply chain, and mechanisms associated with quality data management and control, and knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of procurement and/or supply chain processes.

Role fit:
* Demonstrated experience in the effective use of analysis tools in using data to support business decisions, including demonstrated experience in Microsoft applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and the ability to create text templates, charts, pivot tables and presentations.
* Understands the complexities and diversity of working in complex environments with overarching public service obligations.
* Proven ability to adopt contemporary established practices, ideas or development elsewhere and adopt them to meet current needs, and a demonstrated understanding of the key drivers for stakeholders, internal and external, to provide best value commercial solutions.
