The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your financial expertise to support strategic decisions and improve overall performance. Your collaborative approach will help us achieve our goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain robust financial policies, ensuring compliance and accountability across the business.
- Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Support the leadership team in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also enjoys working as part of a team to achieve shared success.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a finance role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).Experience in fostering collaboration across departments to achieve common goals.
