Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Competitive base salary ranging from $64,350 to $78,650 AUD, plus a generous commission structure earning upwards 130k OTE.
