Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Conditions:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $64,350 to $78,650 AUD, plus a generous commission structure earning upwards 130k OTE.
