About the Role


The Bay Building Group is seeking a Repair Coordinator to provide technical support to the Repair Team and to be responsible for the continued improvement of the Repair Coordinators.


The Repair Lead assists with the development and maintenance of ongoing relationships with stakeholders, serving as one of the key client liaisons and assists in managing and providing escalation support, to ensure the successful delivery of jobs within the repair portfolio.


The Repair Lead will play a key role in supporting the Construction Manager with workflow management of repair jobs, problem solving, training and point of contact for Repair Coordinators regarding any workflow related enquiries.


Key Activities (include but are not limited to):



  • Drive workflow management to ensure Repair Coordinators are meeting KPI’s as per client requirements
  • Monitor and manage the workflow of jobs when employee absences occur. Remain as the point of escalation for any portal related technical matters.
  • Manage the Repair inbox and distribute tasks accordingly within the team of Repair Coordinators.
  • Ensure Supervisors are aware of any Repair Coordinator absences, and act as the point of contact for any internal workflow related matters.
  • Train new starters and upskill existing employees on the repair life process.

Knowledge and Experience



  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
  • Sound knowledge in corporate, technical, industry and competitive areas related to the service offerings of BBS
  • Demonstrated history of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
  • Previous experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels
