About the role
The Business Intelligence Analyst develops routine and pro-active claim analysis, creates a visual representation of data and communicates this analysis to relevant stakeholders, in order to support the TAC’s clients in getting their lives back on track.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager this role sits within Design and Optimisation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.
The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.
In this role you will also work closely alongside the Performance Insights & Analytics Branch in Performance Risk and Strategy however work directly alongside projects that support the Resolutions and Best Client Outcomes initiatives. Performance, Insights & Analytics will maintain the relevant standards that the Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver to.
What we’re looking for
Proven Leader
Strong leadership skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders and collaboration skills to determine improved solutions.
Highly developed analytical and data manipulation skills
Expertise in coding with either SQL and or visualisation skills in Qlik, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI.
Meticulous attention to detail
Identifying and communicating trends and alerting management to areas of interest.
Requirement Gathering and Prioritisation
It is essential that conversations with stakeholders are clearly documented to ensure that relevant information is written down and signed off and follows the relevant design principles. Prioritise with stakeholders the necessary work that is needed to ensure accurate expectation setting.
Empathy
It is essential that the successful incumbents are client outcome focused as these roles will have a direct impact on the client outcome.
