As the NSW Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial and residential sales through architect, builder and channel networks. You’ll work closely with a high-performing peer and the national manager, with full support from the Wetherill Park office team.

- Promote premium product specifications with architects, builders, and hardware resellers
- Conduct in-person demos and site visits across Sydney and wider NSW region

- Provide competitor and market feedback to inform strategy and positioning
- Liaise with internal engineering and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Proven experience in B2B sales within building materials, construction supply or similar
- Strong understanding of channel-based sales - builder, contractor, and reseller pathways
- Confident dealing with architects, project managers, and procurement stakeholders
- Comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, spec conversion, and face-to-face sales
- Ability to sell value in premium products (30–40% above standard market pricing)
- Technically competent, able to interpret plans and articulate product benefits
- Resilient, energetic and results-oriented—loves the chase and values the win
- Must be based in the Sydney metro area and hold a valid driver’s license
- Competitive salary and tools of trade (car, phone, laptop)
- 38-hour work week with a hybrid, self-managed structure
- Opportunity to work with a respected premium product
- Strong brand support and well-resourced internal marketing
- Career progression as national sales structure is built out
- Autonomy and ownership of your patch - no micromanagement
- Be part of a values-led, privately owned business with global backing
