The Opportunity
Based in Milton, QLD, the Accounts Receivable Officer in the Accounts Receivables Team within our Shared Services plays a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing and allocation of daily receipts and other financial transactional processing. Responsibilities will include:
- Process Daily receipts from Customers
- Reconciliation of accounts, some of which are complex
- Processing of financial transactions
- RCTI payment processing
- Copy invoices for customers
- Manage unallocated payments/unknown payments
- Banking tasks when required
About You
- Understanding of accounting procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team Player
- 1-2 years of proven experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office suite, Adobe
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong numeracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
