About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for those interested in a customer-focused role at our city contact centre.
You’ll be the first point of contact and responsible for providing a high-quality experience to our Tasmanian customers through inbound and outbound enquires via phone. You’ll be required to maintain accurate data in our customer management system and meet individual and team KPI’s.
Kick off your Aurora Energy journey on 6th October with a mandatory full-time, hands-on training program, followed by an immersive office-based embedding period—plus ongoing learning and development to keep you growing and thriving.
If you have experience in energy, contact centres, customer service, or related fields—and you're seeking a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week) on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm—we’d love to hear from you!
About You
You’ll be customer focused and have a positive way with customers, through a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. You’ll have determination and a solution focused mindset, to match and promote the right products and services to meet our customer’s evolving needs. You’ll be tech savvy with the ability to learn and have good attention to detail.
You’ll have experience working in a contact centre or service-related environment while being supported with an intensive training program and ongoing support with experienced team leaders and specialist teams.
