Description:
- Analyse and document business requirements for ERP systems in line with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues.
- Develop and implement system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for management review.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure successful ERP adoption.
- Provide support for system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor the performance of ERP systems and recommend optimisation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A successful Senior Business Analyst - ERP should have:
- Proven experience working with ERP systems, specifically JDE.
- Experience working in ERP consultancy firms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
