Description:
- Analyse and document business requirements to support SDLC and integration projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and address business challenges.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to testing strategies and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Confident in doing Level 4 and Level 5 BPMNs, capturing business processes across entire value chains or business functions
Requirements:
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in SDLC and integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the property industry is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications and user stories.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience writing technical interface specifications (e.g., APIs, system integrations).
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Solid understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping.
- Proficiency with tools such as DevOps, Confluence, Excel, SQL, and
