- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within the Technology department.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

- Identify and manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in project management in government organisations
- Experience in ERP enhancement projects (preferably JDE)
- Strong expertise in managing technology-focused projects.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
