Description:
- Deliver excellent customer service for both incoming waste and outgoing product transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to support new business development.
- Source and secure new customers to grow the client base and strengthen brand presence.
- Capture and share material import/export solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets aligned with budget expectations.
Requirements:
- Experienced salesperson with strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Skilled in sourcing and securing new business opportunities
- Strong account management skills to grow and retain existing clients
- Highly energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a "hunter" mindset
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Quick thinker with problem-solving skills and solution-focused approach
- Applicants must hold unrestricted permanent work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
Conditions:
- Base salary of $100,000-$130,000 AUD, plus car allowance, performance-based bonus, and superannuation
