Description:
- Prepare and deliver month-end reporting and assisting with budgeting/forecasting.
- Partner with sales, marketing & operational teams to provide financial insight.
- Conduct variance analysis on product costing and cash flow.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Requirements:
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Oracle (preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced organisation
Conditions:
