Description:
- Partner closely with operational and functional leaders to understand their priorities, provide trusted financial advice, and support informed decision‑making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships by translating complex financial data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations tailored to each audience.
- Lead financial planning, analysis and reporting activities, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, supported and equipped to meet financial and activity targets.
- Develop financial models and business cases that clearly articulate key drivers, assumptions and impacts, enabling stakeholders to evaluate options and make sound strategic decisions.
- Proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities, advising senior leaders on implications and recommended actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to scope, assess and monitor efficiency initiatives, ensuring results are clearly communicated and outcomes are understood.
- Support continuous improvement by enhancing processes, reporting and systems, strengthening the organisation's financial capability and stakeholder experience.
Requirements:
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- CPA/CA Qualified.
- Experience across Public Health is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, detail‑focused finance professional with strong analytical and modelling capability.
- An effective business partner who builds strong relationships and communicates financial insights clearly.
- Confident working with complex data, able to translate it into simple, actionable recommendations.
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Technically capable, with advanced Excel skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial systems.
- A committed, motivated team member who seeks feedback, drives improvement and maintains professional standards
Conditions:
- Base salary of $120,000- $130,000 base + super
- Generous holiday leave entitlements.
