Description:
- Oversee and manage the corporate finance function to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Requirements:
A successful Manager, Corporate Finance should have:
- Professional certification such as CA or CPA.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams in Accounting & Finance.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
