Description:
- Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting, and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tradesman, small businesses, and mid-tier commercial partners.
- Actively prospect new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts.
- Coach in-store team members on trade-focused service standards.
- Assist with large orders, deliveries, and operational support during peak times.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements:
A successful Store Account Manager should have:
- 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector desirable).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally.
- Comfortable working primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support.
