Description:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
- Support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or trade sales, ideally with some leadership exposure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
- A passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions.
