Description:
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes, including reconciliations.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage financial data effectively.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and liaise with external auditors.
Requirements:
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Experience in the not-for-profit industry is highly regarded.
Conditions:
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.00 - $55.00 plus Super.
