Description:
The District Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing the operations of multiple retail locations in Adelaide.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor store performance, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to store managers and their teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all stores.
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote strong teamwork among staff.
Requirements:
A successful District Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a multi site leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations in Adelaide as required
