Requirements:
A successful People and Culture Advisor should have:
- A strong background in human resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in professional services or a similar industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
