In this role, you'll be the go-to for all things people-related — supporting managers, guiding employees, and helping shape policies that empower our workforce. We are looking for someone who is a generalist but also has experience in Rehabilitation Case Management or would be willing to attain the relevant certification and highly developed PowerBI experience. In The Advisor Role, You Will

• Process all appointments, movements and separations for all employees, ensuring accurate and approved documentation is forwarded to QCAA's payroll provider.
• Implement quality control processes to support data integrity and correct processing of entitlements by CAA.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on entitlements, policies, systems and processes.
• Generate standard, detailed, and ad hoc reports from the Aurion system, using Excel to analyse and present data that supports informed workforce management decisions.
• Identify, develop and implement new processes and systems to efficiently undertake operational activities, with a focus on creativity, innovation and the use of technology.
• Maintain a knowledge of the legislative and industrial framework within the Queensland public sector, including sector-wide directives and policies.
• Prepare routine correspondence as required and undertake records management processes using electronic document management systems.
• Understand and have experience in the Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS) process for job design and evaluation relating to establishment management in the QCAA.
