  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.

Requirements:

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in account management or sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry insights in the FMCG sector.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
