Description:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior executives.
- Organise and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements as needed.
Requirements:
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in an executive support role within the business services industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
