Description:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including diary and email management.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving.
  • A professional demeanour and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
