Description:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy accessibility.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within the public sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- The ability to work independently and show initiative in problem-solving.
- A professional demeanour and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
