Description:
- Provide executive assistance to senior management, including diary and email management.
- Oversee and coordinate shared services functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for key personnel.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support internal communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the below:
- Proven experience managing administrative or shared services teams, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted liaison for senior leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in office management systems and tools.
