Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables
- Liaise directly with stakeholders to define clear requirements.
- Critically assess current state documentation and input into future state process design.
- Work with technical resources to determine and assess possible options.
- Present clear and succinct documentation for all analysis performed.
- Maintain a strong connection between the business and the project teams, to ensure expectations are both managed and met.
- Assist stakeholders in facilitating UAT activities, including the creation of test cases/scenarios. Assist where required.
- Assist in Organisational change management activities where required.
- Assist during solution go-lives and facilitate hand over to support.
- Work independently or as a part of a group delivery as required.
Requirements:
Specific skills:
- 3 years' experience working in IT Finance streams in a BA capacity, including in development/ Agile teams.
- SAP ECC6 experience in the Finance and Controlling area. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance is also an advantage.
- High level of business engagement, change, training, and communications skills.
- Excellent communication skills, showing ability to work directly with business, operational and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate this into practical solutions.
- Experience in the planning and execution of testing and UAT.
- Experience of automated test management tools.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to listen and ask the right questions to ensure the right information.
- Able to work well within a cross-functional team of professionals.
