- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Document functional and technical specifications for SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements within the SAP framework.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Prepare and deliver training materials for stakeholders and end-users.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
A successful Business Analyst - SAP should have:
- Proven experience working with SAP systems in a business analysis capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with public sector processes and technology requirements.
- Ability to document detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Experience in testing, validation, and providing user support for SAP systems.
