Sika Australia Pty Ltd is a well-established industry leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals servicing Construction, Industry, & Mining divisions across Australia.

- Handle incoming calls, orders, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
- Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately.
- Provide support to customers, branches, and other teams.
- Liaise with freight providers and logistics teams.
- Manage stock replenishment and back orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Experience with Export orders
- Previous experience within Customer Service/Call Centre or similar role.
- Have a strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
- Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can-do attitude.
- Have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent computer skills / administrative skills.
