Description:
We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst who will drive incremental improvements across HR operations, with a particular emphasis on task and workflow delivery, knowledge management, and ServiceNow HR solutions. The role blends classic business‑analysis duties-requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation-with hands‑on coordination of implementation activities. Experience with ServiceNow HR and knowledge‑base management is advantageous but not mandatory; the primary focus is on delivering tangible process enhancements in a fast‑paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the HR operations team to understand current end‑to‑end processes, identify bottlenecks, and define improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow workflows, assignment groups, and custom intake forms.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross‑functional reviews to capture feedback, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with HR goals.
- Coordinate with the offshore ServiceNow technical team and internal developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new requirements, tracking progress against sprint/Agile milestones.
- Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and delivered solutions; keep knowledge‑base articles up to date to support HR staff.
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews and metrics analysis to measure impact, surface lessons learned, and feed continuous‑improvement cycles.
- Support training and change‑management activities for HR users adopting new workflows or knowledge‑management tools.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business‑analysis experience, preferably within HR operations or a related corporate function.
- Proven ability to map business processes and author clear, actionable requirements for workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable leading workshops and collaborating with diverse, cross‑geographic teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/scrum practices and basic project‑management principles.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed technical teams and managing time‑zone coordination.
- Knowledge of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, employee service) and basic understanding of knowledge‑management concepts is a plus.
- ServiceNow HR or Knowledge Management exposure (certifications or hands‑on work) considered a strong advantage.
