Job Description
Reporting to the Head People and Culture, this role involves the end-to-end recruitment for the Nick Scali and Plush business across Australia and New Zealand. Day-to-day duties include:
- Managing the 360 recruitment of sales professionals, logistics and warehousing personnel, and head office teams.
- Business partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and anticipate vacancies.
- Posting ads, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Contract generation for new hires.
- Accurate use of the Smart Recruiter Talent Management System to ensure data integrity is maintained.
- Work with AI Assistant solution.
- Work effectively with our empanelled Recruitment Agency partners to supplement sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles.
- Collaborate with offshore Sourcing resources around sourcing strategies and execution, as well as requisition and reporting administration tasks.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and administration functions around workforce planning and onboarding functions.
- Acting as a contact point for candidates/employees.
- Generating reports and ad hoc administration as required.
About You
While previous experience as a TA is essential, you must be passionate about engaging with people and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our team members. Other requirements:
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment within the retail sector or having managed high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail and excel at sourcing candidates through a variety of sources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with managers and leaders across the company.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills as you will be required to manage numerous roles at any given time.
- Efficient in managing recruitment requirements.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferred.
