People & Culture Services Coordinator

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

As our People & Culture Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing these initiatives to life while developing your own skills and expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • End-to-end employment administration, from contracts and onboarding through to pay reviews, amendments, and offboarding

  • Provide first-line guidance on contracts, awards, and employment requirements

  • Respond to employment-related queries or triage matters to HR Business Partners as needed

  • Support HRIS administration, configuration, and data accuracy

  • Coordinate employee benefits and HR programs

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including ER and culture work alongside HR Business Partners

  • Prepare reports, collect data, and support presentations

  • Assist with generalist HR duties and project work

  • Collaborate closely with Payroll and Talent Acquisition on employee changes, remuneration updates, parental leave, and more

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that help us stay nimble, efficient, and people-focused

What you’ll bring

  • Formal HR qualifications and/or experience in a similar role

  • A foundational understanding of Australian employment legislation

  • High empathy, with a genuine desire to support people and uplift the employee experience

  • Strong relationship-building skills, including working effectively with remote colleagues

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a drive to learn and grow

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence with systems and tools, including Excel
