Description:
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyse all weekly and monthly accounts, including budget + forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
- Assist in managing financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in ERP upgrades and new systems implementations.
- Complete and undertake monthly board presentations.
- End to end debtor and creditor management.
Requirements:
A successful Junior Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multiple ERP software's and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly regarded.
Conditions:
- Salary of $120,000 - $135,000 plus superannuation, pending experience.
