Description:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and implement effective financial strategies.
- Lead and mentor a finance team of 4.
- Collaborate with other departments and global regions to support business decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies, including US GAAP and SOX.
- Provide financial insights to senior management to drive performance improvements.
- Oversight of taxation and some treasury requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
Requirements:
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA).
- Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing or agricultural industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, including US tax requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
