Requirements:
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
- A good understanding of a sales process & a willing to learn how he recruitment process works.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
