Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller / Project Administrator to support a portfolio of engineering projects. The role involves managing project documentation, maintaining structured filing systems, and providing administrative support to project managers and engineering teams. Accuracy, professional presentation, and efficient coordination are key to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and maintain project documentation in line with internal and client standards
  • Prepare, format, and quality-check documents, reports, registers, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and project reporting
  • Maintain tidy, user-friendly document control systems and templates
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, project start-up packs, and project close-out deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely receipt and issuance of controlled documents


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control and/or project administration, ideally within engineering or oil & gas projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce neat, professional outputs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritise competing tasks
