Description:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for providing ICT related solutions to the organisation's divisions by identifying opportunities for improvement in operations and processes, and coordinating relevant development, testing, and training activities.The Senior Business Analyst gathers, documents and analyses system need and requirements and designs or makes modifications to address them.
The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in problem solving by collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and analyse system issues, design technical solutions, and assist with testing the system solutions to ensure proper implementation.
In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements, provide recommendations, and document appropriate artefacts.
- Analyse existing and proposed business processes in the context of organisational drivers translate these business requirements into tangible information and technology system solutions.
- Solve business problems through undertaking research to recommend technology solutions on various applications and processes that address defined business needs.
- Manage the technical setup and maintenance of various case-related and reporting templates across Microsoft Office 365 and Resolve.
- Develop audience tailored written and visual communication for a range of document types including business process diagrams and descriptions, design artefacts, user documentation and technical documentation.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and/or confirm requirements, demonstrate potential solutions, lead user testing and training and validate proposals.
