Description:
- Lead store operations including sales, P&L, compliance, and team performance
- Drive profitability and achieve sales targets across all site functions
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members across multiple roles
- Manage rosters, leave calendars, and performance reviews
- Maintain WHS compliance and foster a safety-first culture
- Represent TKD at trade shows, stocktakes, and promotional events
- Travel occasionally and work flexibly across a 5-day roster
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in retail or trade/industrial tools environment
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, KPIs, and customer needs
- Skilled in team development, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Commercially savvy with a passion for customer service
- Forklift license and frontline management qualifications (desirable)
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel (if necessary)
