Description:

  • Lead and optimise the TechnologyOne ERP/EPM environment to ensure high performance, reliability, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee configuration and continuous improvement of financial systems, delivering robust, scalable solutions for a growing organisation.
  • Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and third‑party integrations, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional user experience.
  • Strengthen financial control frameworks, guaranteeing data integrity, regulatory compliance, and secure system operations.
  • Establish and champion governance processes that guide strategic finance technology decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and IT to deliver new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and manage end‑to‑end testing cycles.
  • Lead automation initiatives, ETL development, and adoption of innovative technologies to modernise finance operations.
  • Maintain high‑quality system documentation, policies, and user guides that support consistency and operational excellence.
  • Deliver training and capability‑building programs that uplift financial systems literacy across the organisation.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that enhance financial transparency and decision‑making.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate system efficiency.
  • Oversee data governance, ensuring financial information is secure, well‑managed, and compliant with privacy and security standards.

Requirements:

A successful Finance Technology & Innovation Lead should have:

  • A strong background across TechnologyOne.
  • CPA or CA Qualified
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing financial technology systems.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and driving technological innovation.
