Title: Payroll Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $85,745.17 to $99,650.39 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our Opportunity

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, the Payroll Officer plays a vital role in supporting the fortnightly payroll process within SAP SuccessFactors as well as other core systems for our diverse workforce of 1800 employees.

The Key Focus Areas Of This Role Include

  • Assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll, ensuring employee records are up-to-date and payroll calculations are correct.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and taxes, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Manage all PAYG, deduction and superannuation obligations for the Council.
